I ask that you arrive fifteen minutes early for first appointment so you have an opportunity to tour the facility, begin to feel comfortable and at home. You will be asked to fill out the client intake questionnaire and massage agreement. This will give me important information about your current state of health and what areas may be sensitive to touch.

I will ask, or you should offer, whether you want more or less pressure at any given time. Let me know if the room is sufficiently warm enough for you. No technique should be painful - if anything is painful let me know immediately and I will adjust the pressure, speed, or type of movement to make it a pleasurable experience. Some deep tissue and therapeutic work requires warming up the muscles and tendons to facilitate the technique.

Sometimes working with pressure points or a certain movement may trigger a memory and resulting emotional reaction or bodily reactions such as sinus drainage. People are often embarrassed by these normal functions of their body, but there is no need to be. I have probably seen the same reaction before. Just relax - this time is all about you!

I can give you a full body massage in 60 minutes, but consider a 90 minute massage. This will allow your mind and body to completely release and put you into a deep state of relaxation. A little extra time can mean a lot. And it is more for your money.

A 60 minute massage is $80.00. A 90 minute massage is $ 110.00.
